  • Provide KPI-based reporting and strategic insights to management.

Technical Expertise – Hardware & Network Skills

  • Installation and configuration of WYSE devices, RFID printers, scanners, token machines, and surveillance systems.
  • Troubleshooting of networks, printers, Xerox devices, cameras, and enterprise hardware.
  • IT helpdesk management, ticket handling, and end-user support.
  • Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, and firewall security.
